Harlow Netball Club’s Double Triumph

Harlow's Crosskeys Netball Club celebrates a double triumph as U14 and U15 squads reach Sisters in Sport Plate Finals. Community pride shines.

Harlow’s Crosskeys Netball Club is celebrating a remarkable double success as both their U14 and U15 squads have secured spots in the prestigious Sisters in Sport Plate Competition Finals. This is a significant achievement, especially as it’s the first time the club has entered this particular competition. The finals will be held in Loughborough, with the U14 team competing on 6th June and the U15 team taking the stage on 25th May.

The journey to the finals was nothing short of thrilling. The U14 squad travelled to Shepherds Bush, where they faced Starz B in a nail-biting contest. Demonstrating resilience and skill, they emerged victorious with a score of 35-27. Meanwhile, the U15 team enjoyed a home advantage against Manor Met, delivering an impressive performance to secure a decisive 58-27 win.

Only the top eight teams from across the country will compete in each age group, making this achievement even more commendable for the Harlow club. The players’ dedication and hard work have certainly paid off, and the community is buzzing with excitement and pride.
