The festivities will commence on Saturday, December 6, with the much-anticipated Light-Up Broad Walk event. This marks the moment when the newly refurbished Broad Walk will sparkle with Christmas lights, setting the stage for a season of celebration.
The Christmas Market, a highlight of the festivities, will open its doors on Saturday, December 13, and run through to December 21. Picture this: charming log cabins lining Broad Walk, each offering a delightful array of gifts, seasonal treats, and delectable food and drink options. It’s the perfect opportunity to find unique presents and indulge in some festive cheer.
But that’s not all! The market will also host a variety of craft activities, including wreath-making, bauble painting, and gingerbread decorating. These activities are sure to delight both young and old, making it a perfect family outing.
